This regulations is the supplement to the displine of Ningxia Xinyou Communication Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd(reffered to as Ningxia Xinyou Supervision), in order to improve the efficiency and enthusiasm of all the staffs.
I. Award System
1. Purposes: we set up this displine to speak highly of the advanced and encourage the backwards so that improving the enthusiasm of staffs.

4. Specific Awarded Ways:
We will circulate a notice of commendation that relatedto the following hehaviors, we devide the awards into three levels according to the final effects and your own influence, you could have the financial awards as 1,500, 1,000 and 500 yuan each; if you play a pivotal role in particular big issues, we have the Outstanding Contribution Award, you will be awarded 2,000 to 5,000 in variety. Furthermore, if you are awarded over twice a year, we will increase the year-end bonus; and you will be in the first consideration in promotion.
(1) If you could improve your major or the regional market share by putting forward suggestions or working hard.
(2) If you could improve the cost of superintendence by putting forward suggestions or working hard, and expanding the supervision business (or continue the projects out of the engineering constrution).
(3) If the annual colligation score takes the first place or making a remarkable progress in the responsible areas.
(4) If you make the effort and it plays an important role in the important events.
(5) Beside your own work, if you could assist the General Manager Mr. An or accomplish the vital business by yourself, such as the first class application and various governmental policy application and so on.
(6) If you could recommend the talentsor make the outstanding accomplishment in cultivating the freshmen.
